By placing an order you make an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. All orders include free worldwide shipping and a 1-year warranty on electric bikes, as detailed in our Shipping Policy and Warranty Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Safe & Lawful Use of Electric Bikes

Electric bike regulations (speed limits, power limits, licensing, helmet requirements, minimum rider age, and where e-bikes may be ridden) vary by country, state, and municipality. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check and comply with all local laws before purchasing and riding. Always wear a helmet, follow the assembly and maintenance instructions in the owner’s manual, and ride responsibly. TeamBikerz is not liable for fines, injuries, or damages resulting from unlawful or unsafe use.

6. Accuracy of Information & Errors

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
