5. Billing & Charges

Payment is captured at the time of checkout. Your statement will show the charge under our store name. There are no hidden fees: product price plus applicable tax where required — shipping is always free, worldwide. If your card is declined, verify your billing address matches your bank records and contact your card issuer, or try an alternative payment method.

6. Refunds to Your Payment Method

Approved refunds are always returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, as described in our Refund Policy. For security reasons, we cannot redirect refunds to a different card or account.
