TeamBikerz was founded on a simple frustration: buying an electric bike online felt like a gamble. Inflated shipping fees, vague warranties, support that vanishes after checkout. We built the store we wished existed.

Our story

TeamBikerz started in Middletown, Delaware, with a small team of commuters, weekend trail riders, and e-mobility obsessives. We had all bought e-bikes online — and we had all experienced the same pain points: surprise freight charges at checkout, warranty claims that went nowhere, and customer service inboxes that never replied.

So we set three rules for our own store, and we have never broken them. First: free worldwide shipping on every order — the price you see is the price you pay. Second: a real 1-year warranty on every electric bike, covering the frame, motor, battery, and electronics, with claims handled by humans. Third: 30-day hassle-free returns, because a bike you haven’t ridden yet is a bike you should be able to send back.
